Toronto is the largest city in the Ontario Provence and is also one of the most culturally diverse cities in the world. This partly makes it a truly unique city, as does the fact that it is carefully kept clean and the way nature is integrated into the city itself. If a vacation to this city is in the near future, start preparation by getting a new expedited passport.

Toronto Botanic Gardens

Toronto is an absolutely beautiful city, which means that one of the best ways to explore it is simply by walking. It is also a very clean city with many natural areas, such as the Toronto Botanic Gardens. steam whistle brewery

If you love beer, Toronto is a great place to be, thanks to all the local microbreweries, and that means tons of free samples. Some of the breweries even have nice restaurants where you can enjoy a meal. Steam Whistle Brewery runs a tour that is very cheap but very fun and interesting and is famous for the free amounts of free beer you get during the tour.

Casa Loma

One of the main attractions in Toronto is Casa Loma. Built in the early 20th century, this castle was built to match the castles of medieval times. The result is absolutely stunning, and you’ll have so much fun exploring the tall battlements, secret passageways, 800-foot tunnel, 98 rooms, collection of stunning art, and beautiful gardens.

Royal Ontario Museum

If you only visit one museum while in this city, make it the Royal Ontario Museum. Once you see it, it will be hard to resist going to see it. Thousands of exhibits from over 20 exhibits feature a variety of interests, and the world’s tallest totem pole is one of these items. A wide spectrum of topics is covered, including dinosaurs, the native populations of Canada, and medieval Europe.

San Lorenzo Market

It’s so easy to spend an entire afternoon exploring St. Lawrence Market. This wonderful market sells all kinds of food from around the world, and there are also flea markets. The best part is that it is housed in a stunning Victorian building, the same building that was once City Hall. Another great shopping spot is Yonge Street, which is just a few blocks away. This street holds the Guinness World Record for being the longest main street in the world, and boasts tons of record stores, cheap clothing stores, souvenir shops, and the World’s Largest Bookstore, both a name and a truth. Be sure to also stop by Union Station, the oldest train station in Canada.
